Position Summary

An exciting opportunity at the Western Health Mental Health and Wellbeing Services.

We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse/Social Worker/Occupational Therapist to join our team as part of the Older Adult Behavioural Assessment & Specialist Intervention Consultation Service and Intensive Community Treatment Team based in Sunshine. You will be working closely with our Older Adult Community teams and Acute inpatient unit, within the service to provide best care for our consumers.

As a member of the Older Adult Mental Health Program, the BASICS/ICT Community Mental Health Key Clinician applies their clinical knowledge and expertise to the assessment, delivery of evidence based treatment, interventions and support to consumers living with a dementia or with complex mental health related needs, and to their family/carers. 

All Key Clinicians are expected to take an active role within clinical review meetings and champion their discipline within a multidisciplinary setting.

The Clinician will work as part of a team and will also be required to work autonomously much of the time.

This opportunity is available on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis and is based at Harvester Clinic in Sunshine.
